Tart, light smoky nose, prominent vegetal to herbaceous and delicate floral notes, citrus fruit, pomaceous fruit and white berries, hint of yellow spice, hint of bacon and traces of black berries. Cool, quite juicy, not completely dry fruit, again vegetal to herbaceous and floral aromas, lively acidity and light grip, again smoky hints and a hint of black berries, persistent on the palate, a little pineapple, lots of salt, very good finish, again with grip and bite.
