A trace developed, clearly vegetal scent with restrained yellow fruity aromas, smoky and petrol traces as well as slightly earthy hints. Quite juicy, clear fruit with tart vegetal to herbal spice and again a little smoke, delicately nutty on the palate, a hint of currants, lively acidity, good persistence, grip of fine sandy tannin, salty and stony minerality, very good finish with bite and grip. Has gained weight.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean

Editor note: Citrus-apple scent with slightly floral and herbal notes, some wax, pepper and hints of stone fruit. Slightly muted fruit with quite present acidity and plenty of tannin, dried-vegetable to herbal, nutty and delicately tobacco flavours, some persistence, smoky hints, salty minerality, medium power, very good, only again somewhat rough and also bitterish finish.
