Yeasty, herbal and slightly mushroomy aroma with pome fruit and citrus notes, nutty traces, a little herbs and mushrooms. Firmly knit, bright fruit with yeasty, nutty, herbal and slightly buttery notes, medium-fine perlage, persistent on the palate, some grip, smoky hints in the background, quite lively acidity, citrus zest in the background, chalky-salty hints, good substance, very good, tart-juicy and delicately bacony finish, again with herbal-herbal notes. Convincing sparkling wine.
