Relatively tart, clearly vegetal nose nose with pome fruit aromas, a hint of citrus fruit, a little smoke, yeasty nuances and some minerality. Ripe, juicy and polished, quite sweet fruit, lively acidity, some touch of ripe tannin, delicately herbaceous, peppery and floral on the palate, quite persistent, some carbonation, mineral notes, good to very good, only again noticeably sweet finish
