Clear, relatively cool, polished nose with quite fine, rather bright yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances, some minerality and a hint of herbs. Ripe, quite juicy, bright, sweetish fruit, slightly nutty, yeasty and hints of smoky notes, fine, lively acidity, a hint of carbonic acid, good persistence, hints of rock candy on the palate, some alcohol warmth, but also polish, red berry traces, some depth, minerality in the background, very good finish with bite and again also some sweetness.

Best to drink: Bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
