Vegetable and a little floral, slightly nutty and yeasty nose of pome fruits and partly candied citrus fruits. Ripe, quite juicy fruit with planty, delicately floral and moderately yeasty notes, medium-fine perlage, some warmth and melt-in-the-mouth on the palate, slight dosage sweetness, candied notes on the palate, good to very good, again a little warm and sweetish finish
