Translate to English Fester, dabei ruhiger, nussiger, pilziger und vegetabiler, erdig-mineralischer und zart pfeffriger Duft mit Aromen teils eingemachten Kern- und Steinobsts sowie kräuterigen Anklängen. Reife, saftige, ganz leicht warme Frucht mit nussigen und hellen holzigen Noten, etwas Hefe und wieder auch Kräutern, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig und süßlich-schmelzig am Gaumen, ein wenig Kandis im Hintergrund, erdige und salzig-mineralische Töne, leicht spürbarer Alkohol, noch jung, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit Saft, Kräutern, Mineralik, Kandis, Pilzen und einem Hauch Pfeffer. Hätte den Zucker gar nicht nötig.
