Translate to English Nussiger, vegetabiler und zart käsiger Duft nach eingemachten eher dunklen Beeren, Apfelcidre und ein wenig Zitrusfrüchten. Im Mund leicht säuerliche Frucht von Kernobst und gemischten Beeren, vegetabile und nussige Töne, eine Spur Rauch, lebhaftes Mousseux, passende Säure, ein wenig rau im ordentlichen, an Erdbeeren und Vanille erinnernden Abgang.

Editor note: Translate to English Gereifte, zart würzige Nase mit Tönen von eingemachten Johannisbeeren und Erdbeeren und Anklängen an Unterholz. Weiche, einen Hauch süßliche, eingemachte Erdbeerfrucht mit Kernobstnoten und Kräutern, dazu ein wenig Pilze, passendes Mousseux, hat gewissen Charme, fein gereift, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang. Wesentlich besser als die offenbar fehlerhafte erste Flasche.
