2001 Thüngersheim Johannisberg Riesling Spätlese, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Deep, intense aroma of citrus fruit, peaches, apricots and a hint of blackcurrant. Elegantly juicy fruit with lively, elegantly proportioned acidity, powerful body, persistent on the palate, good mineral structure, still young, quite a long finish.
