1999 Thüngersheim Johannisberg Riesling Spätlese, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Restrained aromas of citrus and peaches. Clean, fairly juicy fruit, delicately sweet, lively acidity, mineral notes in the background, well made and pleasant to drink, though not particularly persistent, good balance, delicately fruity finish.
