Fairly firm, somewhat peppery, nutty and a hint of meaty aromas of dark berries and a few cherries with a hint of bay leaf, dried tomatoes, juniper and beeswax. Firm, tart fruit with minty and peppery flavours, some smoky and bitter chocolate wood notes and a hint of leather, ripe tannins, good persistence, a certain depth, salty and stony tones, has power, very good finish with tension.
