Even more restrained and a touch more subdued, hints of nutty aromas with calm apricot flavours, some pome fruit, a touch of root vegetables and hints of light tobacco. Ripe, juicy, relatively sweet fruit with some melting and warmth, relatively present, yet ripe acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, again lots of apricot, minerality in the background, some depth, still relatively compact structure, very good, firm, juicy and grippy, again relatively sweet finish with herbal spice and a hint of citrus zest.
