Pome fruit scent with some citrus peel, yeasty tones, celery, mushrooms and floral nuances. Lean, tart fruit, clearly yeasty aromas and celery again, medium-fine mousseux, grip of crumbly tannin and yeast, some persistence, mushroomy and implied bacony nuances on the palate, hazelnut tones, good to very good, slightly muted, tart finish.
