Firm, somewhat smoky and yeasty, also slightly nutty pomaceous fruit nose with fine tart herbal-vegetable aromas. Clear, polished, finely juicy, pomaceous fruit with still yeasty-nutty and delicately smoky tones, fresh planty spice on the palate, lively, very fine acidity and some grip, good substance and persistence, firm structure, some depth, minerality in the background, hints of red berries, delicate melting, still undeveloped, very good finish.
