Cool and very firm, somewhat smoky nose with quite noble yellow-fruity aromas, fresh herbs, nutty and yeasty tones, fine vegetal flavours reminiscent of celery and mineral notes in the background. Ripe, juicy and slightly melting, very dry fruit, nutty and vegetal flavours, a hint of tobacco, persistent and dense on the palate, good depth, delicate buttery nuances, moderate grip, has density and power, but still appears cool, quite complex, clearly mineral, smoky hints, still undeveloped, very good, taut, juicy, grippy and finely spicy finish.

Best to drink: 2025-2032+. What our ratings mean
