Cool, firm and quite deep nose with light yellow fruity and fresh herbal-vegetable to vegetable and delicate tobacco aromas, still a little yeast and mineral notes. Polished, finely juicy, bright and cool fruit, very fine acidity and grip, hint of smoke on the palate, yeasty traces, herbaceous-vegetable notes again, some fresh celery and broccoli, persistent, certain depth, some smoke and quite clear, light minerality, hints of citrus zest in the background, peppery traces, very good, firm finish. May mature.

Best to drink: 2025-2032+. What our ratings mean
