Right cooler, firmer and deeper, somewhat tobacco-like, nutty and ethereal-herbaceous scent of partially candied yellow fruits with a hint of light flowers. Polished, quite concentrated, sweet fruit with noble juice, a touch of forest berries and peach skin, lively acidity, delicate carbonation, lasting on the palate, good depth, salty and almost stony minerality, delicate floral aromas in the background, very good, again concentrated and invigorating finish with nuances reminiscent of honey and wild herbs.
