Firmly structured, slightly yeasty, somewhat herbaceous to herbal, nutty and slightly smoky nose with a hint of red berries, some shellfish meat and also shell fragments as well as a touch of meadow flowers. Polished, juicy, completely dry fruit with delicate melt, reminiscent of lavender and truffle oil nuances as well as some wild strawberries, fine acidity, has grip from ripe tannins, good sustainability, salty and chalky minerality, very good finish with bitter juice, some smoke and bite.
