Cool, clear, distinctly yeasty citrus nose with some stone fruit, fresh herbal to herbal aromas, a bit of citrus zest and a hint of smoke. Cool, slim, very bright and tart fruit, fresh herbal notes and again citrus zest, lively acidity, relatively fine bubbles, distinctly yeasty notes, a touch of yellow spice in the background, good sustainability, chalky nuances, a lot of bite, very good finish.
