Somewhat yeasty and delicately herbal-vegetable nose with pome fruit aromas, hints of yellow spice, nutty traces, fennel and floral nuances. Clear, finely juicy, tart, bright and rather cool, slender fruit, nutty, yeasty flavours, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous on the palate, a little chalk and salt, dark tones in the background, persistent on the palate, hint of smoke, very good finish.
