Cool and fine, firm, bright, quite deep, a hint of smoky nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, celery, lots of chalk, nutty and herbal notes, a bit of musk and a touch of citrus peel. Firmly structured, herb-juicy, dense fruit, fine vegetable and nutty aromas, the wine marbled with acidity, a lot of grip from ripe, crumbly tannins, distinct pepper on the palate, restrained plant sharpness, a bit of cucumber and a hint of chili, suggested popcorn, again musk, along with black garlic, has substance and depth, a hint of vanilla, very good, firm finish with ripe juice, distinct, chalky minerality and again invigorating plant sharpness.
