2022 Stetten Stein Riesling Auslese, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, firm citrus stone fruit nose with fine herbal aromas, still a hint of yeast, mineral and black berry nuances in the background. Ripe, juicy, sweet fruit, very fine acidity, nutty and yeasty traces, some saffron-like yellow spice, persistent on the palate, light honey tones, again a little dark berries in the background, certain minerality, delicate fennel and aniseed notes, very good, sweet finish.
