Nutty, barrel-spicy and still somewhat yeasty, fine-vegetal scent with core fruit notes, delicate mushroom aromas and earthy traces. Bright fruit with nutty, slightly vegetal, smoky and again hinted mushroom tones, a hint of yeast, some yellow spice and a touch of butter, in the background also a bit of lemon peel, chalky and slightly salty tones, still rather undeveloped, very good, bitter finish with fatty hints. Needs to mature a little more.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
