Relatively cool, slightly smoky-bacon-like, nutty and vegetable to dried-herb scent of bright yellow fruits with a hint of root vegetables. Clear, herb-juicy, firmly structured fruit with delicate melt, a trace of citrus zest and some red currants, lively acidity, noticeable grip, good sustainability, salty minerality, also a bit of shellfish, very good, gripping finish with a certain plant spiciness.
