Firm, cool and quite deep, fine, polished yellow-fruity aroma with some yellow spice as well as floral, yeasty and smoky traces. Tart, cool and taut on the palate, restrained fruit with quite present, yet very fine acidity, yeasty nuances on the palate, vegetal to herbaceous tones, clear, downright cold minerality, certain depth, still very young, persistent, has tension, very good, taut, tart, cool finish with tension.
