Firmer and more complex, still a touch yeasty, also somewhat planty to herbaceous, hint of smoky-reductive citrus flavour with peach notes and mineral tones. Taut, cool, tart, still completely undeveloped fruit, yeasty, herbal-vegetable and hints of floral aromas, present, fine acidity and noticeable grip, lots of light minerality, certain depth, has tension, very good, bone-dry, grippy and very mineral finish. Absolutely needs to mature.
