Still undeveloped, firm and deep, smoky, somewhat yeasty and clearly vegetal, also bacony aroma with yellow-fruity flavours, mussels, sautéed mushrooms, nuts and a hint of tobacco. Ripe, very firm, dense, tart-juicy fruit, nutty and slightly buttery notes, very fine acidity and a touch of crumbly tannin, a little celery in the background, a hint of coffee and smoke, persistent, still undeveloped, good depth, has power and substance, hints of cocoa and pepper, very good, firm, slightly warm finish.
