Clear, rather cool, still slightly yeasty pome fruit and citrus nose with fine vegetal and nutty tones, some herbs, a hint of tobacco, fennel and mineral notes. Taut, tart, juicy, still undeveloped fruit, smoky and nutty flavours, very fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, still yeasty tones, a little ethereal spice, herbaceous and slightly peppery, mushroom tones, light minerality, certain depth, bacony nuances, very good, firm, tart, juicy, smoky and mineral finish.
