Festy, smoky, nutty, yeasty, and distinctly vegetable aroma with tart yellow fruit flavors, minerality, and yellow spice. Quite juicy, yet completely dry fruit with smoky barrel tones and again a bit of yellow, sesame-like spice, distinctly vegetal on the palate, slightly tobacco-like, firm acidity and grip of ripe tannin, a hint of ash in the background, a touch of peat, also soy, much salty and somewhat chalky-stony minerality, very good, firm, herb-juicy and -spicy, again also smoky finish.

Editor note: Quite deep, firm, slightly yeasty and nutty aroma with fine vegetal and yellow fruity aromas, a hint of fish sauce, sesame and soy, floral nuances and minerality. Tart, cool, restrained fruit, smoky, nutty and fine vegetal flavours, also still some yeast on the palate, mace and green Thai asparagus, very fine acidity and grip, persistent, mushroomy in the background, chalky minerality, also mussels, elegant style, also has lightness despite its complexity, very good, tart, firm finish, again with cool juice.
