Firm aroma of more black than red berries with smoky and herbal-vegetable aromas, leathery hints, moderate barrel tones and some minerality. Clear, rather cool, tart-juicy fruit, some smoky and toasty wood notes, dried-vegetable to herbal aromas, crumbly-sandy tannin, chalky and salty mineral tones, a little bread crust, very good, quite juicy and spicy finish.
