2020 Würzburg Innere Leiste Riesling VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm and quite deep, tart, clearly fine-vegetable and still a hint of yeasty aroma with calm, bright yellow-fruity aromas, herbal notes, hints of white pepper and minerality. Tart, bright, restrained fruit, yeasty and vegetal to herbal notes, fine acidity and some grip of friable, very fine tannin, persistent and quite dense on the palate, lots of chalky and slightly salty minerality, some depth, very good, firm, tart finish. Not yet accessible.
