Slightly nutty and yeasty pome fruit scent with citrus nuances, fine vegetal aromas and mineral hints. Quite tightly knit, rather bright fruit with vegetal and yeasty aromas, slightly smoky wood notes, very fine acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, medium power, chalky and slightly salty mineral tones, some depth, still young, very good, again relatively firm finish with tart juice and hints of wood.
