Firm and quite deep, fine-vegetable, slightly herbal and yeasty fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity aromas and distinct minerality. Ripe, firm, tart-juicy fruit, chalky-salty minerality, yeasty notes and fine, rather cool herbal aromas, polished acidity, grip of fine, friable tannin, persistent and quite dense on the palate, very good, tart, firm, juicy and distinctly mineral finish with a hint of pepper.
