Still undeveloped, light, tart fruit with fine vegetable aromas reminiscent of green asparagus, yeast notes and clear, chalky-salty minerality, very dry style, present, ripe, very fine tannins, good depth, still undeveloped, very delicate bacon nuances, quite complex, very good, firm, tart finish with plenty of minerality and stimulating phenolic touch.
