Rather deep, finely vegetal, a little yeasty and a hint of white-peppery scent with light yellow-fruity aromas, intense minerality and floral nuances. Taut, clear, tangy-juicy fruit with yeasty, somewhat planty to herbaceous and delicate floral notes, quite present, light minerality, lively, fine acidity and still some carbonation, persistent, some depth, still very young, has tension, very good, tangy-juicy and distinctly gripping finish, again with plenty of light minerality. With its extremely fine phenolic a dry Franconian Riesling of a completely new style - and very convincing
