2019 Brut Nature "Ludwig's" Pinot Rosé, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clearly yeasty and nutty, floral, also somewhat tobacco-like aroma of partly crumbly pomaceous fruit with herbaceous and tobacco nuances, a little sea breeze and hints of black berries. Tart, youthful fruit, clearly yeasty and nutty flavours, some smoke and tobacco, quite fine mousseux, some grip of crumbly tannin, good persistence, bready tones on the palate, a hint of butter, red and black berry notes, very good finish.
