Somewhat nutty, yeasty and mushroomy nose with some pomaceous fruit, floral nuances, smoke, bacon and a little dark berries in the background. Firm, tart, very dry fruit, nutty, yeasty and again clearly smoky flavours, mushrooms on the palate, good substance and persistence, quite fine mousseux, certain acid bite, chalky and salty tones, still young, very good, tart, somewhat tobacco and again smoky finish.
