Cool, herbal and yeasty pome fruit nose with a hint of peach and floral nuances. Clear, fine-juicy, relatively tart fruit, herbal to slightly herbaceous tones, a hint of smoke, grip of crumbly tannin and fine, lively perlage, persistent on the palate, light nutty tones, chalky minerality in the background, very good, cool finish again.
