2017 Stetten Stein Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, firm nose, light vegetal notes, citrus and stone fruit, light floral traces, prominent mineral notes. Clear, cool, bone dry fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, very elegant acidity, light floral notes in the background, prominent chalky, salty mineral notes, still young, good persistence and depth, elegant style, becomes both more compelling and more elegant with aeration, very good cool, tart, polished finish.
