2016 Weißburgunder trocken Montonia, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Light spicy oak and a hint of bacon on the nose, nutty and vegetal notes, light yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes. Firmly stuctured tart fruit on the palate, hint of smoked bacon, light toasted oak, vegetal and herbaceous notes, still has yeasty traces qand nutty notes, persistent and concentrated, still largely undeveloped, some depth, noticeable mineral notes in the background, vibrant, very good firm, cool, juicy finish.
