2016 Extra Brut Pinot Cuvée "Ludwig's", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Rather firm, clearly yeasty, also nutty and somewhat vegetable scent with pome fruit notes and floral hints. Clear, firm, tangy-juicy fruit, fine vegetable and slightly peppery and spicy aromas, clearly yeasty aromas, fine mousseux and some grip, lasting, good substance, certain depth, salty and tobacco nuances, quite complex, still seemingly young, very good, firm finish with tangy juice and spice
