Translate to English Leicht nussiger und eine Spur tabakiger Duft nach reifem, teils mürbem Kernobst mit etwas Suppenkräutern und erdiger Mineralik. Weiche, leicht gedeckte Frucht mit nussigen und etwas vegetabilen Noten, sehr feine Säure und ein wenig mürber, teils auch noch antrocknender Gerbstoff, süßlicher Schmelz und angedeutet milchig-karamellige Töne am Gaumen, krautig-vegetabile Anklänge, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, salzige Beitöne, guter, wenn auch leicht trocknender Abgang. Braucht Luft oder besser Flaschenreife.
