Fest gewirkte, unentwickelte, saftige Frucht im Mund, lebendige, straffe, feine Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, herbe Kräuterwürze und viel mineralischer Griff, kernige Art, nachhaltig am Gaumen, noch eine Spur Rau, hat etwas Spannung und Biss, sehr guter Abgang.
