Geschliffene, eingemachte Kernobstfrucht, wiederum leicht holzwürzig, Noten von Nuss und etwas Heilkräutern, wirkt noch etwas verschlossen, passende, eingebundene Säure, hat Kraft, eine Spur schärfend im guten Abgang.
