Translate to English Vegetabile und leicht mineralische, reife, leicht brotige Nase nach eingemachtem Kernobst. Im Mund blättrige und brotige Botrytisnoten, karamellisiertes Kernobst mit Noten von eingemachten Aprikosen, leicht kräuterwürzig und mineralisch, eingebundene, dabei Rückgrat gebende und balancierende, zitronige Säure, hat Substanz und gewisses Spiel, schmelzig und zugleich etwas saftig, guter bis langer Abgang. Wirkt wie eine Beerenauslese.
