Translate to English Zurückhaltender, aber sehr feiner und tiefer Duft nach Äpfeln, Birnen, etwas Honigmelone und weißem Gemüse mit zart kräuteriger und mineralischer Würze. Reintönig und recht saftig im Mund, viel Schmelz und animierendes Säurespiel, am Gaumen wieder mineralisch und kräuterwürzig, bei aller Kraft eleganter Stil, guter Abgang.
