Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, light floral and mineral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit. Fairly firm, juicy, ripe fruit on the palate, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, light vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of bacon, good substance and persistence, good grip, fairly prominent mineral notes, nutty and yeasty traces, good to very good juicy, spicy, vegetal finish.
