Tart nose, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit. Restrained, bone dryfruit on the palate, lively acidity, noticeable grip, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yeasty, floral and nutty notes, earthy and salty mineral notes in the background, good substance and persistence, still young, firm bite, still slightly rough on a good to very good finish.
