Cool, clear, somewhat herbal and a touch floral nose with rather citrusy yellow fruity aromas and smoky traces. Clear, fine-juicy, again cool fruit with polished, quite lively acidity and a little unnecessary sweetness, some persistence, mineral nuances in the background, a hint of herbs, good, quite taut finish, again with a tiny trace of smoke. Would certainly be even more exciting without the sugar.
