Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and hinted at bacony stone fruit scent with a hint of mixed berries and pepper. Straightforward, still slightly yeasty fruit with nuances reminiscent of peppers and mint, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty tones, good finish.
